Schools through their school board, parents' associations, departments and student societies. You get a net invoice with VAT shown separately.

Can we order once, for example for a school fair?

Yes. You order the quantity for the fair. It does not commit you to anything further.

What happens during the holidays?

Delivery pauses. You let us know in advance, then it carries on.

Can we get the coffee ground?

Not at the moment. We deliver whole beans. You need a grinder or a bean-to-cup machine on site.

Do you deliver to schools outside Germany?

Yes. We ship across the EU. Around Emmerich (Kleve, Rees) and in Gelderland in the Netherlands (Zevenaar, Doetinchem, Arnhem, Nijmegen) we can also deliver orders ourselves by arrangement.

What does coffee for the staff room cost?

The entry price is €27.00 per kilo net, with volume pricing down to €21.60. That puts a cup at 17 to 22 cents. A staff of 30 comes to about €270 a month.

Do you do coffee with your own label, for example for a graduation ball or an association anniversary?

Yes. We print custom labels with your photo or logo, for example as a thank-you for volunteers or a gift for the staff.

Where does the coffee come from?

We roast in Emmerich am Rhein, on the Lower Rhine. We buy our green coffee from small projects, for example at Lake Toba on Sumatra.

Do universities and student cafés get a volume discount?

The price per kilo is tiered by quantity. The more a café needs each month, the lower the price. We give you the exact volume price with the trial pack.
