We sell No. 079 as whole beans. That keeps the aroma longest.

We roast No. 079 as an espresso. It suits an espresso machine, a moka pot and a bean-to-cup machine.

Airtight, dark and dry, not in the fridge. The bag with its one-way valve protects the aroma.
