To start: the Tabi from Huila in Colombia, with raspberry, dark chocolate and honey. For the expedition: our co-ferment single origins from Toba, Sumatra, co-fermented with real fruit (strawberry, coconut or vanilla). Coffees that taste the way they sound.

All our filter coffees work with pour-over drippers and Chemex. Our brewing recommendation: ratio 1:15.5, freshly ground. You will find a matching dripper under accessories.

Good filter coffee needs no expensive equipment, just fresh beans, a little technique and two or three minutes. All filter coffees are roasted fresh after you order and packed in recyclable bags.
